Empowerment for parents is a dynamic, new, culturally sensitive parenting programme, which takes participants on an epic journey of self-discovery and celebration. Emotional literacy and self-awareness are at the very heart of the programme. Participants learn how to reconnect with the feelings and experiences from their childhood which now shape their own parenting. From setting firm boundaries to developing a strong sense of responsibility, through lively discussions, activities and short presentations, participants enrich their parenting toolkit. Empowerment for Parents is a structured twenty-week programme comprising two 10-week strands, Strand A and Strand B. Strand A must be co-facilitated, whilst Strand B only requires one facilitator.
